Daniel Tyack is a small business owner in the lovely city of La Mesa (San Diego County if your wondering). Naturally he enjoys fine cigars and spirits. You might find him on Mt. Helix or at Cosmos Coffee shop enjoying a stick for a lunch break or having Sushi with his lovely wife Jessica. He’s a simple man and enjoys the simple pleasures of life, good food, good cigars, and naturally a good glass of scotch.

People are intimidated time and time again by Cigar, Wine or any spirit reviews. Personally I have no idea what sandalwood tastes like, I have never smelled a plumb blossom, and I have no freaking idea what most of the subjective fruitcake terms people use in there reviews even mean. What you can expect to find in my reviews are simple terms and accurate accounts of my smoking and drinking experiences.

I religiously wear jeans and a t shirt, I eat at Taco Bell, I don’t own a smoking jacket, I can weld and work on cars, my office is only 160 square feet, and heck I even drive an astro van! I’m just a normal guy like you and my goal is to keep it simple.
