CAO Brazilia Gol! (5.0″ x 56)

It’s raining here in San Diego.  It only rains a few times a year so I figured I better go outside and enjoy it :)   I plopped down with a CAO Brazilia Gol! and a nice cup of black coffee.  The wrapper was toothy and rich-looking and the stick felt great with good density and weight in my hand.  The toasting and light was great and the burn was nearly perfect.  The draw was absolutly pleasant and the smoke was billowing and thick!

The flavor was rich and creamy with good spice and a nice earthy/oaky flavor on the back of the tongue.  Aside from a very slight crooked burn the ash rings stacked nicely and held on pretty well.  It paired wonderfully with a cup of black coffee and the experience was especially pleasent watching the rain pour down!  I did expect it to have a little more punch and spice but, all in all, it was a great smoke.  It’s hard to complain about a cigar that feels great, looks great, burns great and tastes great!  Highly recommended!!!

  1. Thanks for the review! I was wondering how these fine CAO beauties would turn out. :D

  2. This is a great smoke. I have always enjoyed the CAO line, but this is one of my favorites. Great review; would recommend with no hesitation.

  3. This used to be one of my favorites. I still return to it every once and while, and reading this, it reminds me that it’s been awhile. I’ll have to check them out. They never burn great though.
