I knew I didn’t have too much time for a review so I grabbed this silky smooth and nearly flawless Sumatra gem knowing it would be a quick smoke.  The weight was a little light and though the density was not as good as I had hoped it felt consistent and well balanced.  I trimmed it up to find a draw that was better than I expected.  Once toasted and lit the initial flavors were silky smooth and rich with a generous amount of smoke.  The smoothness remained and a little bit of spice built on the pallate once I got past the first inch.  The spice, however, was greatly intensified when blown through the nose.  The burn was almost perfect but I would have liked to have seen whiter ash.  It smoked a little quick but, all in all, this was a very solid stick.  Great start, silky smooth with good flavor, and a tasty finish!  This cigar didn’t melt my mind but I couldn’t help but enjoy it’s quality.  Highly recommended if you’re a fan of milder cigars or trying to develop your pallet.
